Shipping & Delivery

We obviously do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We will ship your ordered products the same working day if the order is placed before 15:00 CET otherwise the next working day. In the unfortunate case we run out of stock, the delivery of your order may take a little longer (normally an extra day or two). On our product page is an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible via mail.

The prices on our site are exclusive of shipping costs.

Free for orders from €39,99

We take delivery very seriously. Our delivery services are the postmen or the parcel delivery service. In general, the delivery will take place on a working day between 09:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery as promised by the designated delivery service (a red light and lots of traffic can delay your order by 30-60 minutes).
