Return Policy

It may happen that you want to return an item. Perhaps you don’t like the product you ordered or maybe you changed your mind. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return items up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After receiving the article(-s) from your order, you will be refunded with the order amount including shipping costs (when paid for). Only the return costs from your home to BYDOO are yours. Consult the carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging - if reasonably possible. 

After receiving the returned goods as a whole or part of the order, we will refund the whole order amount or part of the order amount equal to the returned products due within 14 days. To exercise this right, you can mail us via info@bydoo.eu.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged and can not be sold again, we can decide not to refund the damaged product (this also includes if the package is damaged). Treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged while returning it.

In case the product has been used and has stopped working then you may return the product within the warranty period as mentioned in the warranty card provided with the product. If it is found that the product was reasonably used as directed by the manufacturer then we will refund or replace the product as per the circumstance at the time. Replacement may take up to 3 months and the return costs will have to be borne by you.
